Lived here for about 2 years as a university undergrad and overall my experience was good. I would recommend people to live here. The apartment complex is very quiet with nice neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves and it’s a calm environment.

The entire staff were helpful and timely. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. The office environment was friendly and welcoming.

Manager was friendly and did a great Job. Maintenance was great also and friendly. This is a great apartment to stay at great community!

Manager is a straight shooter and easy to talk to. Wife rented here a few years ago and had a bad experience. The new management appears to have turned it around. Probably, the best bang for your buck in Canyon, Tx. Apartments are also located in one of the best school zones for the area.
